The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Panasonic Store Sheffield or Chesterfield online. Your use of our site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read carefully and if required print for future reference.

Pricing Policy

All prices stated on our web site are including VAT at the appropriate amount. In the event that any product is shown at an incorrect price due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, or a typhographical error we will not process your order with out first contacting you to alert you to any change, and any change in price. You will then have the option to continue given all the information, only then with your permission will we proceed with the order.
Prices quoted are subject to stock availability.

Order Process

Within 48 hours of placing your order we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements. Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 10 working days of order confirmation. If however the product you have selected is not available at the time of ordering, and has to be ordered direct from the manufacturer you will be informed when we contact you.
Payment for the order will be taken at the time of order conformation. A contract between us is not formed until we  have processed the order and started the despatch process. We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards but are no longer able to accept payment by cheque. We also have various credit options available for payment using Barclays Consumer Finance. All credit agreements are subject to a standard credit authorisation process and will have to be arranged before the despatch process is started.

Products

Product images are for illustation purposes only and product descriptions, while as accurate as possible, are for guidance
only; for example cabinet cases may vary in colour or remote controls, stands/cabinets may change through the manufacturers production process. Some products may come as a flat packed unit and will need assembly and/or set up.

Delivery

Advice on any delivery or set up requirements will be given at the time of confirmaion and a service can be provided to set up all equipment supplied. We will provide a specific delivery day. deliveries are classed as an all day call between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. We are unable to advise a specific time slot but a call will be made to you on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery and advise of an am or pm call. If the pre arranged delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods the the customer may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.

Guarantee

All products supplied are guaranteed for a mimiumum of 12 months from the date of delivery. Quite often there will be
extended guarantee periods available free of charge and these will be clearly highlighted with in the product description. Customers are asked to examine any goods as soon as possible after delivery / collection and notify us by phone fax or email of any fauly or damage.

Our normal working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday  - Saturday and 10:30am - 4:00pm Sunday. Contact details are available from the about us page, just click the link at the top of the page.

Recycling of elecrical equipment

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equiptment (WEEE) regulations will allow members of the public to deposit old electrical and
electronic equipment free of charge at recycling sites across the the UK. To find your nearest recycling site contact your
local council, or visit recycle-more.co.uk.
Electrical and electronic waste is increasing at an alarming rate and landfill sites are now approaching full capacity, much
of this waste can be recycled and the WEEE regulations aim to encourage everyone to play thier part in protecting the enviromnemt for future generations and reduce the ammount of waste produced.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding goods or services should be sent to the address of the store who processed the order.
Correspondence should include contact details and will be responded to within 2 working days.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel goods ordered within seven working days of the date of delivery. You must inform us in writing either by letter or fax of your decision to cancel. Letters should be addressed to:

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned; as new* in original condition
and all accessories, including any free gifts must be included; to Walter Williams (Woodseats) Ltd
at the above address at your own expense within seven days of your notice to cancel. At this point we will
arrange reimbursment of any monies paid for goods (excluding any services paid for or collection charges)
as soon a possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
The following penalties will be applied for any products returned missing the original manufacturer
packed accessories. The prices listed are for guidance only and the actual cost may vary:

Remote control	£45 - £90
Television Stand / cabinet / wall bracket	£100 - £400
Instruction Book	£10 - £20
Mains Leads / Chargers	£30 - £60
Other Leads	£3 - £60
Rechargeable Batteries	£30 - £70
SD Card / Removeable storage	£20 - £100

* As new is defined as in the original box and packaging undamaged.

We are unable to accept back the following items unless UNOPENED or faulty
Recording media - video tapes, dvd discs, audio tapes
Batteries
Leads
Brackets or stands, unless supplied as part of the main product
Vacuum accessories for example bag or belts
